CDW & SC. Collision Damage Waiver and Super Cover If the vehicle or any of its parts or accessories are damaged while on rental, CDW limits your liability to the amount of the non-waivable excess. Super Cover eliminates the amount of non-waivable excess, however both CDW and SC only apply if you have complied with all the terms of the rental agreement and do not cover any damage caused as a result of theft, attempted theft or vandalism (see TP below). Note: Even if you have accepted CDW and SC, you will still be liable for the full amount of any damage caused to the vehicle as a result of gross negligence. In any case, Police must be notified and the Accident Report Form completed.
TP. Theft Protection If the vehicle is stolen or is subject of an attempted theft or vandalism while on rental, TP limits your liability to the amount of non-waivable excess, which applies provided that you have complied with all terms of the rental agreement. If you do not accept TP, or if the loss is result of gross negligence, you will be liable for the full value of the vehicle if it is stolen.
PAI . Personal Accident Insurance Optional extra protection and provides certain benefits for the driver and passengers in the vehicle with respect to accidental death, injury and medical expences.
UM . Unlimited Mileage/KMs Unlimited Mileage ensures that you can travel as many miles/kilometres as you wish during your rental at no extra cost.
