Villa
Balic is over one hundred years old and has been reconstructed to keep
the authentic look of the old house, whilst remaining tastefully furnished
with modern designs. Situated in the centre of the lovely village of
Sveti Stefan and surrounded with Mediterranean vegetation, approximately
250m from the beach.
Accommodation
comprises of 43 beds in both rooms and apartments, furnished in a modern
style and air conditioned. Facilities in the rooms include able tv,
internet conection points, bathroom with shower and wc. The apartments
also have mini kitchens. there are large terraces and balconies providing
views over Sveti Stefan and the olive gardens. There is a parking area
reserved for guests.
Other
facilities include a 6m x 10m swimming pool, a small hydro massage pool,
a sauna and a trim cabinet (multi gym). One hundred metres from the
vill there is an area from which you have a beautiful view of the Budva
Riviera.
