Whilst
many people know Sveti Stefan as just the island hotel complex,
the village is actually set on the hillside opposite the island.
In fact, as much of the accommodation is situated quite high up,
many places have rooms with lovely views across the bay.

Levantin is a new and nicely furnished villa with 12 rooms in total.
Eight rooms sleep up to 3 persons and 4 rooms sleep up to 2 persons.
Each room has a good quality bathroom, bedroom, balcony and air conditioning.
Eight rooms have a sea view and 4 rooms have a mountain view. Some rooms
have cable tv.
Local
amenities to the villa are a restaurant 10m from the villa, small supermarket
30m away, agrage, dive centre, scooter rental and first aid station.
the nearest beach is about 300m away.
There
are several restaurants and a small shopping centre with a few shops
in Sveti Stefan. Pleasant warks are possible in the area and around
the Milocer park and Praskvica hills. the Praskvica monastery withits
lovely gothic frescos are only a short distance away. The bustling town
of Budva is only a short journey away by car or the frequent buses.
